SPECIALTY TIRES NEED SPECIALTY PRICING

The new regulations include many kinds of tires not included in the previous (OTS) program. At a producer’s request, Mobius is available to develop cost recovery and fee mechanisms to support tire collection and recovery obligations for these types of tires. If you think you might have under-reported historical supply because of these previously exempt categories, Mobius can help review historical data and help manage the process to bring you back into compliance.

 

AUDIT

Producers may need to use an auditor to remit an audited report supporting your supply to market in Ontario. Mobius has an audit firm available that has spent the time to understand the regulatory requirements - so you do not have to spend any time (and money) bringing them up to speed.
